08-05-2018 Heard Sri Bashistha Narain Mishra, learned counsel assisted by Sri Brij Kishor Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, who is a lady and having clean antecedent, which fact has been stated in paragraph - 3 of the petition, has prayed for grant of bail in Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 206 of 2018, registered for offence under Sections 30 'A', 35, 38, 56 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner's husband is also accused in the present case and in custody on allegation that from the premises of the husband of the petitioner, huge quantity of Indian make foreign liquor was recovered. Considering the nature of accusation, clean antecedent as well as the fact that husband of the petitioner is already in custody, let the petitioner namely Renu Rani be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Bettiah, District - West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
