2. Petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajoun P.S.Case No.503 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 308, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the allegation made in the FIR, altogether three accused persons including the petitioners by means of sharp cut weapon stabbed to the informant, who sustained allegedly three injuries.
4. Mr. Praveen Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38463 of 2025(2) dt.09-07-2025 2/3 innocent, allegation is false and fabricated and there is land dispute between the parties. Both the parties are family members. Petitioners have clean antecedent. On these grounds, petitioners seek to be released on pre-arrest bail
5. Mr. Umesh Lal Yadav, learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioners.

Having considered the rival submissions made on behalf of the parties, as well as, the allegation made in the FIR, I find that general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioners, as such, the petitioners appear to have prima facie made out a case to be released on pre-arrest bail, the petitioners are directed to be released on pre-arrest bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned district court within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka/concerned court, in connection with Rajoun P.S.Case No.503 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of BNSS of 2023
7. The learned district court is directed to verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioners and if it is found that the
