2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 1125 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 80, 108, 238(a) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is the husband of the deceased and he is alleged to have killed his wife for demand of dowry etc.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the deceased has committed suicide and the FSL Report also supports the same.

5. It has also been argued that the body of the deceased was recovered from the room after breaking open the

6. The petitioner is in custody since 25.09.2024.

7. Learned counsel for the informant has opposed the application of the petitioner for grant of bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-V, Nawada/concerned Court below in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 1125 of 2024.
