This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 05.04.2022 passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No.66771 of 2021, by which the petitioner has been granted provisional bail with certain conditions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner and opposite party no.2 are staying together for last one year and therefore, no purpose will be served by keeping this matter pending.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated
