It is submitted that due to typographical error, the address of petitioners has wrongly been mentioned as Resident of Village-Miralipur, P.O. Gokhlea Nagar, Vishnupur, P.S. Balia, District-Begusarai in place of "Resident of Village-Shaidpur, P.O. Shaidpur, P.S. Mansi, District-Khagaria" and due to that, the same mistake occurred in the order dated 18-05-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17697 of 2015.

Accordingly, this modification application is allowed and the order dated 18-05-2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 17697 of 2015 is modified to the extent that the address of the petitioners mentioned in the order as "Resident of VillageMiralipur, P.O. Gokhlea Nagar, Vishnupur, P.S. Balia, District-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28420 of 2015 (2) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 Begusarai" be read as "Resident of Village-Shaidpur, P.O. Shaidpur, P.S. Mansi, District-Khagaria".
