JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 23-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 388 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act.

As per written report, one country-made Katta was recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 01-01-2017.

In such circumstances, keeping in view the period spent in custody by the petitioner, the prayer for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 388 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul subject to condition that both the bailors should be close relatives of the petitioner.
