2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 328.68 litres of illicit foreign liquor has been recovered from a pick-up van.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has no any concern with the alleged recovery.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.39090 of 2025(2) dt.01-07-2025 2/2 petition and submits that the petitioner is owner of the seized vehicle.

6. Considering the quantity of recovery and the fact that petitioner is registered owner of the pick-up van from which the said recovery has been effected, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
