Petitioner is in custody since 19.09.2016 in connection with Complaint Case No. 340 (C) of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 498-A of the Indian Penal Code.

The basic accusation is of assault and torture. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner denies his marriage with the informant. Further, it has been submitted that the petitioner has no concern with complainant and he has falsely been implicated in this case.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like
