JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for grant of provisional bail on the ground of illness. Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this court vide order dated 10-03-2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53574 of 2016 giving liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months, if, no substantive progress is made in the case.

This court does not find any fresh ground to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
