2.Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3.The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saraiya (Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 624 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 376, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

4.Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 15.03.2023 and he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. 5.Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6.Considering the period of custody and the fact

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41513 of 2023(2) dt.14-07-2023 2/2 that the alleged victim is a married major lady, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7.Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Muzaffarpur(West)/concerned Court below in connection with Saraiya(Jaitpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 624 of 2022.
