Initially learned counsel for the petitioner had made a complaint for violation of the order dated 17.10.2011 passed in M.J.C. No. 821 of 2011. In the I.A. No. 912 of 2017, a prayer has been made for amendment in the prayer made in the M.J.C. No. 821 of 2011 which cannot be allowed in the present proceeding. So far the violation is concerned, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by the

Patna High Court MJC No.1471 of 2015 dt.10-02-2017 earlier order dated 17.10.2011 in M.J.C. No. 821 of 2011, this Court has closed the contempt proceeding itself. The petitioner submits that certain order has been complied and certain portion of the order has not been complied.

In that view of the matter, the present contempt proceeding is dropped with a liberty to the petitioner to take action in accordance with law.
