Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Ms. Reena Sinha, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application with liberty to approach this Court again with appropriate application. No objection has been raised to the prayer for withdrawal made by the petitioner.
