Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Without going into the merit of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, in connection with Bangaon P.S. Case No. 110 of 2017, registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of learned 2nd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa/successor court, stands refused for the reason that the petitioner was found suppressing his criminal antecedent and making wrong statement in para 3 of bail petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
