In view of dispute raised in the present writ petition, the Court is of the opinion that such disputed question cannot be delved into while exercising the writ jurisdiction. If so advised, the petitioner may avail appropriate remedy.

It goes without saying that the period consumed by the petitioner in pursuing the present writ petition i.e. from 12-12-2011 till date shall be excluded while considering the limitation matter.
