It has been alleged by the complainant/informant Kajal that she developed intimacy with the accused/petitioner on account of having been employed in the same institution and on account thereof, accused /petitioner made regular visit at her place, met with her mother, solemnly affirmed to maintain the complainant in case marriage is solemnized, engaged in engagement, accompanied the informant to different locations, entered into physical relationship and subsequently thereupon, it has been alleged that he disappeared whereupon they have gone to his place and came to know that petitioner was married since before.
Learned counsel for the informant who assisted the learned Additional Public Prosecutor did not controvert the inter se relationship which developed in due course of time.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46149 of 2014 (2) dt.15-04-2014 That being so, petitioner Manish Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sri V.N. Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in connection with Sabour P.S. Case No.261 of 2014 in the event of his arrest / surrender within four weeks in terms of condition so laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C (Aditya Kumar Trivedi, J.) PN/- U T
