The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raj Nagar P.S. Case No. 72 of 2012 registered under Sections 302, 201, 120B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been made accused in this case. Further submission is that in the whole case diary, there is no material against the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
