2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 21.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 81638 of 2023 by this Court by which the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner has furnished all the documents along with bail bond regarding payment, the learned trial court has not been able to verify the same within the stipulated period of eight weeks and hence, petitioner could not surrender within the stipulated period and prays for modification of the aforesaid

4. Having regard to the submission made on behalf of the petitioner and the averments mentioned in the modification application, the time of surrender is extended further by four weeks from day.

5. Accordingly, the order dated 21.03.2024 is modified to the aforesaid extent only.

6. This petition stands disposed of.
