2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per allegation, on 17.03.2019 at about 8.00 A.M., the informant was returning to his house, on the way, petitioner along with other accused persons started abusing the informant. It is further alleged that Bijendra Singh, Arbind Singh and Manoj Singh (the petitioner) started indiscriminate firing in which Savitri Devi sustained injury on her leg.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. It has specifically been

Learned counsel has further submitted that even this allegation is not true as Savitri Devi sustained injury caused by hard and blunt substance in her leg which is simple nature.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, clean antecedents as well as the period of detention, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No. 110 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court. (ii) If the petitioner is found involved in future in the similar type of offence, the prosecution will have liberty to file an application before the court below for cancellation of the bail of the petitioner and the learned court below will take decision in accordance with law.
