The petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 30.12.2011 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer-cum-Licensing Authority, Siwan by which his licence granted for running PDS shop has been cancelled. He also assails the appellate order dated 08.06.2013 passed by District Magistrate, Siwan in Supply Appeal No.124/12-13 by which the appeal has been dismissed and the order passed by the licensing authority has been upheld. It is pointed out by learned counsel for the State that the petitioner has approached this Court without availing alternative remedy of revision contained in Clause 15 of the Public Distribution
