JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Learned the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada sent his report vide letter no. 47/2015 dated 28.2.2015 in which he has mentioned that order dated 12.02.2015 passed by this court was neither communicated to him nor to police officials but learned counsel for the petitioner points out that at the time of arrest, order of this court was orally communicated to the concerned I.O, as copy of order dated 12.02.2015 was not either with the petitioner or her counsel.

In view of the aforesaid submission, let a copy of this order be sent to Superintendent of Police, Nawada with direction to him to enquire into the matter and if the above stated contention is found true, necessary action be taken against erring police official (s).
