Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahnar P.S. Case No. 20 of 2017 registered under Section- 394 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Petitioner has not been put on Test Identification Parade. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2017. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
