JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-03-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sitamarhi Mahila P.S. Case No. 14 of 2020 for the offence under Section 341, 323, 498(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2020. Considering the fact that petitioner is husband of the informant and the marriage took place way back in the year 2005, this Court is inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner.

Case No. 14 of 2020.
