Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Prosecution story in short is that while the informant was standing in front of his house then Punam Devi, Dhananjay Shankar and Pintu Rai came there and caught hold his son Amit Kumar and hot exchange took place and thereafter Poonam Devi ordered to fire on which Pintu Rai fired but it does not hit him. Thereafter Shankar Rai fired which hit on the right side of the chest.
On behalf of the petitioner it is submitted that
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29535 of 2015 (2) dt.28-07-2015 2/2 petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. It is further submitted that injury is not attributed to the petitioner. Petitioner is a lady and has falsely been implicated in the present case. On behalf of the State it is submitted that petitioner is named in the first information report. Considering the aforesaid facts, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
