Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kutuma P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 registered under Sections- 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the alleged recovery is not from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor the vehicle in question is not concerned with the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand)
