JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 31-07-2015 The present application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 08.05.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49920 of 2014, for extending the period of surrender. Earlier the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail on 08.05.2015 in which time for surrender was granted within four before the learned C.J.M., Saharsa, in connection with SC/ST Case No. 56 of 2013 (GR No.2477 of 2013), but the petitioners could not surrender within the stipulated period. The order, dated 08.05.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49920 of 2014, is modified only to the extent that the period of surrender is extended by another four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
