Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dehri (T) P. S. case no. 137/2018 registered under sections 419,420 and 468 of the IPC.

Prosecution case is that one Sonu Kumar appeared in examination of Bihar School Examination Board in place of the petitioner but fortunately, the aforesaid Sonu Kumar was caught and accordingly, present case was registered.
