The Petitioner seeks bail in Khaira P.S. Case No. 176 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 506, 504 and 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the written report, the informant received a call for ransom on his mobile by mobile No. 7070008332, as mentioned in the written report.
It has been submitted that the petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of the aforesaid mobile from possession of the petitioner from which the call is alleged to have been made. He has been arrested merely on suspicion on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the Petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 176 of 2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) S.Pandey/- U T
