No. 10668 of 2015 to the extent that Section 307 IPC may be added and in the last portion of order learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga may be recorded instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since both were wrongly mentioned in the main petition. Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the main petition. Misc. No. 10668 of 2015 is modified to the extent that the case was also registered under Section 307 IPC and in the last portion

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.29108 of 2015 (02) dt.01-07-2015 2/2 of the order be read as to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 230 of 2013.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
