Five pistols have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.207 of 2016 arising out of Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S.Case No.159 of 2016 pending in the Court of Additional Sessions Judge-3rd, Khagaria stands rejected.
