Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Moro P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015 registered under Sections- 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. Nothing specific has been alleged against this petitioner. Co-accused persons have been acquitted by the Court below as per Annexure-2. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 26.07.2016.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on
