Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 1137 of 2018 registered under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide orders dated 21.01.2019, 04.04.2019 and 15.04.2019 as contained in Annexure-2 (series). Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42511 of 2019(4) dt.14-02-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bihta P.S.
