This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Pathamari P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354(B), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail petition on behalf of petitioner no.2.
Permission, as prayed for, is granted. Accordingly, this bail petition is dismissed as against petitioner no.2. So far as petitioner nos. 1, 3 and 4 are concerned,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40332 of 2020(2) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 on their behalf, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that occurrence took place on account of complaint of a minor boy, that led to scuffle between the parties.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner nos.1, 3 and 4, above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kishanganj, in connection with Pathamari P.S. Case No. 06 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
