The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The brother of the deceased made allegation that his sister was married to Raj Kumar @ Om Prakash, the son of the petitioner in the year 2011. The husband and other in-laws were demanding motorcycle and it is alleged that all the accused persons killed his sister and disposed of her dead body. The petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased.

It is submitted that the petitioner is a disabled person and he cannot move freely. Mother-in-law of the deceased has already been granted anticipatory bail. No specific allegation is

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharfi in Noorsarai P.S.
