JUSTICE MIHIR KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 From perusal of the impugned judgment of the trial Court dated 08.05.2013, as also from the judgment of the appellate Court dated 19.04.2014, it would transpire that G.R. case number of the petitioner was 581 of 2005, which was wrongly recorded in the order of this Court due to typographical error as G.R. Case No. 581 of 2006.

That being so, the order of this Court dated 02.06.2014 is modified to the extent that G.R. Case No. 581 of 2006 shall be read as 581 of 2005.

With the aforementioned modification in the order dated 02.06.2014, this application is disposed of.
