2. Petitioners apprehends their arrest in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case No.494 of 2023, registered u/s 272, 273, 34 of the IPC and 30(a), 30(c), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No.1. Motihari, East Champaran.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioners surrender before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail, the learned Court below shall pass the order on the same day, in accordance with law.
