2. The petitioner, who is Nepali Citizen, seeks bail in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 218 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 3⁄4 of the Explosive Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown persons are said to have committed loot of jewelry and cash of Rs. 140000/- from house of the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2023.

5. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of the co-accused and he has criminal antecedents also.

6. Considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
