JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 25-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Beur P.S. Case No. 44 of 2014 instituted for the offence under Sections 395, 412 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the written report. It has been submitted that name of this petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Deepak Kumar who has already been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.5.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. 9081 of 2016. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
