2. It is common ground that the parties are ready and willing to resume their harmonious conjugal life after leaving the Court premises together. The petitioner undertakes and reiterates his commitment to keep his wife with due dignity and honour henceforth.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 01.04.2015 pending in the Court of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Complaint Case No.855 of 2013 is hereby

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36873 of 2014 (3) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 confirmed with additional condition that if in future any similar complaint/FIR is filed by the Opposite Party No.2 against the petitioner, his bond shall be liable to be cancelled by the learned Court concerned.
