ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 06.03.2019 on his remand in connection with Balia P.S. Case No.316 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is wholly imaginary and has come forth in the confessional statement of one Md. Joseph while he was in police custody. It is further submitted that till date, the petitioner has not been placed on T.I. Parade and the statement made by co-accused has no evidentiary value.
