1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 504, 452, 341, 323, 379, 342, 307, 325, 34, 354B of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are persons with clean antecedent and are women and the informant alleges that on 13.06.2024 at 10.30 P.M. Jitendra came in a drunken condition and started abusing her nephew Anurag, but fled when family members came. Further,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40577 of 2026(2) dt.02-07-2026 2/3 after 15 minutes accused persons including the petitioner came and entered his house and on objection, they assaulted and looted the household articles and even assaulted Anmola Devi and snatched her chain and fled.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that from perusal of the allegations as alleged in the FIR, it would manifest that no specific allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioners and even allegation of assault is general and omnibus in nature.
5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the anticipatory bail application.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are women, the petitioners, above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks, are directed to be released on anticipatory bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Town P. S. Case No.330 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid
