The petitioner seeks bail in Darpa P.S. Case No. 11 of 2017 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
7.5 liters Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 06.03.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than two months.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional
