20-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Earlier, the matter was referred to District Mediation Centre, Araria by order dated 20-09-2019 for resolution of dispute between the parties and in this regard, a report dated 29-11-2019 of Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Araria, kept at flag 'M', has been received. On perusal of same, it appears that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation on the terms and conditions mentioned in the joint compromise (annexed with the Mediator's report).

Learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 does not dispute the fact.
