Patna High Court CWJC No.9180 of 2011 (8) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 Institutions Tribunal, which has been constituted under the Bihar Aided Teaching Institutions Tribunal Rules,2015. The prayer is allowed.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
