JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 09-05-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 26.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 30303 of 2017 with direction to learned trial court to conclude the trial within a period of six months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is an old man aged about 80 years and he is ready to abide by any condition that may be imposed on him if bail is granted.

Heard learned APP and from perusal of report it appears that out of nine witnesses eight have been examined. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
