JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341,323,354,307,504,380 and 452 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegedly, the accused persons including the petitioner assaulted the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, referring to the First Information Report, that admittedly there is dispute over immovable property between the parties. He has further submitted that the allegations as contained in the First Information Report are unbelievable and they are ornamental. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42179 of 2014 (2) dt.16-04-2015 In view of the submissions as above, let petitioner above name, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- ( ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna in Maner P.S. case No. 111 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
