JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-09-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-363, 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The statement of victim was recorded u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which, she stated that she had left her home with her own sweet will and went to Uttar Pradesh along with the petitioner. She stated that she was never kidnapped by the petitioner or any other person. The age of the victim was found 17 years by the learned Magistrate, who recorded her statement but the statement of victim goes to show that she was never allured by the petitioner.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner
