The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 30(a) and 37(a)(b)(c ) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.1.2017. In para-3 of the petition there is statement on affidavit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the period of custody and the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22383 of 2017 (2) dt.08-06-2017 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of the ACJM, Danapur, DistrictPatna or the successor Court in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 16 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner will extent full cooperation in conclusion of the trial and will not, in any manner, influence the witnesses.
