ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Complaint Case No. 2654 of 2012 registered under Sections-494, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is only a poor toddy seller and is having a very frugal economic background. It further submits that on account of such financial status of the petitioner, the father of the girl has filed the present case.

No.33228 of 2015 (2) dt.24-08-2015 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Muzaffarpur Complaint Case No. 2654 of 2012 to the satisfaction of Learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
