The petitioner seeks bail in Semra P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
About 17 liters of country made liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and Shiv Shankar Sah.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Shiv Shankar Sah has already been enlarged on bail. The petitioner is in jail since 02.03.2017.
Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22349 of 2017 (2) dt.19-05-2017 2/2 each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bagaha, West Champaran in Semra P.S. Case No. 18 of 2017.
