The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 356 of 2017, registered for the offences

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24150 of 2018(4) dt.04-07-2018 2/3 punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the aforesaid petitioners of both the cases having snatched the cash bag from the cash van of Axis Bank resulting in loot of money.

The learned counsel for the parties submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present case and they are languishing in custody since 05.02.2018, as far as the three petitioners of the first case are concerned and as far as the petitioner of the second case is concerned, he is languishing in custody since 22.11.2017. As far as the first case is concerned, apart from minor cases, the petitioners are having a fair antecedent and as far as the petitioner of the second case is concerned, three cases are said to be pending. The learned counsel for the petitioners in both the cases submits that the petitioners are ready to deposit Rs. 50,000/- each for the purposes of securing bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that all the petitioners of the aforesaid two cases shall deposit a sum of Rs. 50,000/- each before the Nazarat of the concerned court and after showing the receipt of such deposit, they shall be released on regular bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24150 of 2018(4) dt.04-07-2018 3/3 bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. cum Sub-Judge-I, Jehanabad / concerned court in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 356 of 2017. The present petitions are disposed of.
